Extended Care from 7:30am - 9:30am and 4:00pm-6:00pm is available at no additional cost.​

I require extended care:
I would like to sign up for:

  • A $100 deposit per week (1 cheque or e-transfer), dated as per the application date, is required with applications.

  • The balance due must be provided with a cheque post-dated May 1, 2024 or e-transfer by May 1, 2024.

  • No cheques/e-transfers will be cashed/deposited unless a space is available for your requested weeks.

  • Your enrolment will be confirmed via email.

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cheques are to be made out the Purple Tree Child Care Inc.
    E-transfer should be sent to info@purpletreechildcare.com

JK* and SK/School Age Options: Ages 3.5-8
